Frank Lampard has to sign a striker who is capable of scoring goals. As the summer transfer window opens the clubs will be looking forward tosigning players. Timo Werner is one of the players that have interests from various clubs. Chelsea currently has Tammy Abraham who is good at forwards but other than him none has raised to their position. Lampard with the upcoming Premier League season and Champions League has to sign a player that has the likes of Diego Costa.

Diego Costa during his time in Chelsea has contributed a lot to the club. In that season under Jose Mourinho, he has scored 21 goals from 37 appearances and became the favourite of the fans. In the second season with Chelsea, he lost his touch.
