AGBONLAHOR CALLS FOR SOLSKJAER EXIT

Ex-Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor has called on the Manchester United owners to make the big call of sacking manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer just like what West London giants Chelsea did with Frank Lampard. Ex-Villa captain Agbonlahor talked about Solskjaer and a possible sack while he was talking about the recent defeat to Villa at home on TalkSPORT.

Agbonlahor doubted club legend Solskjaer and his ability to return Manchester United to the top of the game as he called on the owners to go for more successful options such as Antonio Conte and Zinedine Zidane just like what was obtainable with Chelsea who sacked club legend Frank Lampard as their manager and named German tactician Thomas Tuchel as his replacement.
In a matter of months, Tuchel has won the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Super Cup titles since he was made the man to replace Frank Lampard in the Chelsea dugout.
Tuchel masterminded an unlikely a Champions League winning campaign at Chelsea during the second half of last season having replaced Lampard in January 2021.
